A proud Maui native born at Maui Memorial Hospital and raised in Makena and Kihei, Leana has returned home with her husband Bryan and their 6-year-old daughter, Mealani, after building an impressive career on the mainland.

Leana brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in medical sales, clinical education, and durable medical equipment. Her expertise in working with surgeons and medical staff, combined with her deep understanding of medicine and passion for meaningful communication, has made her a trusted partner in achieving impactful outcomes.

As Director of Philanthropy, Leana is eager to connect with our donor community, focusing on Major Gifts and Planned Giving. She is committed to fostering innovative giving opportunities that align with donor interests and support Maui Health's mission.
