Debbie Cabebe

Debbie Cabebe joined MEO in 2000 as the organization's Chief Human Resources Officer.  In 2011 she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2017.  She is a past President of the Maui Nonprofit Directors Association, and a current member. She is the Treasurer of the Hawaii Community Action Partnership Directors Association and Rocky Mountain HI, Inc.  Debbie represents MEO on the Workforce Investment Board and is a board member of the Friends of the Children's Justice Center and the Association of Farmworkers Opportunities Programs.  She is a member and past Chair of the Maui County Council on Aging, and is a member of the Maui Chamber and the Maui Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce.  Debbie is a nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a certificated Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) Trainer. She volunteers her time for numerous organizations. Debbie was recognized by Pacific Business News as a 2019 Woman Who Means Business Honoree and the Maui Nonprofit Executive Director of the Year.
